Common questions
How many taxis or minibuses will I actually need?
It depends on how many guests need transport and which option you choose — the tool works out a sensible number based on typical seating for taxis, 8-seat and 16-seat minibuses, or a mixed approach.
When should I book my taxis or minibus for the end of the night?
As early as you can once you know your numbers — popular local firms get booked up on weekend nights, so booking a few weeks ahead is safest, especially in December.
Does my plan, including local firms, save if I close the page?
The local firms you add are saved in your browser automatically, so they'll be there when you come back on the same device — but the transport numbers themselves are generated fresh each time, so use "Copy my plan" or "Print" to keep a record of those.
