Absolutely. I cover Elvis and Chuck Berry, smooth doo-wop harmonies and the Motown sound. So the night can be lively or sophisticated, as you prefer.
Do you play slow dance classics for anniversaries?
Yes. For example, Frank Sinatra, Etta James and The Platters create a romantic moment from the vinyl era. Then I bring back the jive and twist favourites.
Will modern equipment look out of place?
No. My setup is clean and tidy. Also, I choose warm lighting that complements a vintage theme, even in a school reunion hall.
Can you play later hits if the mood changes?
Yes. I’m happy to run a pure time capsule night. However, I can also add later party classics if your guests want them.
Can guests request songs from their youth?
Of course. I play the original recordings digitally, so I can usually find a request within seconds. That keeps the time capsule night flowing.
