Selfie Pod Hire Prices for Weddings

For weddings, the selfie pod comes as part of three DJ packages. That way, one supplier coordinates your music, lighting and photography together.

For comparison, my Evening package without the pod starts from £750. So the pod adds £400 to an evening package. On an all-day booking, however, the difference is just £200.

Selfie Pod Hire Prices for Birthdays and Parties

Birthday, anniversary and themed party packages start with my Disco Experience at £450. Then the VIP Bundle is £1,050, and the Showstopper is £1,250.

Simply tell me you’d like the selfie pod when you check your date. I’ll then include it in your personal proposal. Standalone hire is also possible, so ask if you only need the pod.

What the Price Includes

Every booking includes the complete selfie pod experience, not a reduced version. Choose between two designs:

• The ring light pod: sleek and modern, so it suits lively parties.
• The vintage white pod: elegant white wood, so it suits classic weddings.

Both pods come with red ropes, gold stands and uplighters for a smart look. Also, guests can create photos, animations and boomerangs.

• Video messages: guests record short personal video messages for you.
• Your own design: I tailor the welcome screen and photo frame to your theme.
• Instant sharing: guests send pictures by email, AirDrop, text message or QR code.
• Digital only: every picture is digital, so nothing gets lost or left behind.

Plus, I bring £10 million public liability insurance and PAT-tested equipment as standard. I’m also Trading Standards Approved through Norfolk County Council.

What Affects Selfie Pod Hire Prices?

Three factors determine your final price. First, the type of celebration matters, because wedding packages continue for longer. Next, the number of hours changes the total. Finally, your chosen package determines which additional features are part of it.

However, travel never changes the price within my four counties. So a wedding in Cromer costs the same as one in Norwich.

Paying for Your Booking

1. Check your date. Use my availability checker.
2. Get your proposal. I usually reply within two to three hours during business hours.
3. Pay the deposit. A 45% deposit by card or bank transfer secures your date.
4. Spread the rest. A monthly payment plan makes the balance easier to manage.

The balance is due no later than four weeks before your event. Meanwhile, your contract and certificates wait in the client portal. For more on spreading the cost, read about my monthly payment plan.
